Salmon Tostadas
Dinner last night:
Raw sockeye from Costco topped with menudo seasoning, oregano, lime juice, and tapatio. Marinate, then throw on the grill
Pulled salmon off grill, peeled off skin, and tossed ceviche style with more lime juice and spices. To the right is salsa verde made with cilantro from the garden and the onions, tomatillos, and jalapeño purchased yesterday. Above, guacamole from the cuisinart and black beans from a can
Finished tostadas. Debated cheese or no cheese and forgot to add more hot sauce. Went cheese-less and it was great
